Part of Invenium's philosophy is to understand your requirements, both technologically and financially, before we begin work on your system. If there is an area where we feel we cannot satisfy your needs, we will recommend another consultant. Our success relies on our client's success.
Invenium's network administration staff charges by the hour with a one-hour minimum charge per visit and is available for travel to client sites both locally and abroad. For locations outside 30 miles of Chicago city limits, clients will be charged for travel expenses, which will be negotiated in a separate work contract prior to the dates of travel.
All invoices include a detailed task report free of charge so that clients may maintain a record of all network and system changes. Task reports include the date, time, and number of hours for each service call, as well as the services provided to the client.

Customers should note that new viruses and vulnerabilities of commonly used operating systems and programs are discovered every day. While Invenium can recommend, install, and configure anti-virus programs, as well as instruct clients on safe computer practices, no product or consultant can or should guarantee 100% protection. You can, however, implement safe computing policies to minimize the probability of infection.
